Couldn't agree more Zac. Great post. The only thing I think is not 100% accurate is that there are still a lot of late adopters of technology interviewing for the position. Silvertails are probably still quite uncertain about the concept of a blog and why we write them.
BUT, in marketing of all industries, there is much more of a chance of having a young, hip boss, on top of the trend. Especially if you are digging for an agency job.
