    Great post Zac.

Having your own blog aligned with what your studying/passionate about shows a lot of initiative and drive.

It def pushed me to reach out to you for a chat a while back and I check the pig daily now..

    Sweet.

Couldn’t agree more Zac. Great post. The only thing I think is not 100% accurate is that there are still a lot of late adopters of technology interviewing for the position. Silvertails are probably still quite uncertain about the concept of a blog and why we write them.

BUT, in marketing of all industries, there is much more of a chance of having a young, hip boss, on top of the trend. Especially if you are digging for an agency job.

    well done mate.

This comment is for Matt not you Zac.

“Silvertails are probably still quite uncertain about the concept of a blog and why we write them.” A blog? Mmm. That’s an online diary isn’t it?

“in marketing of all industries, there is much more of a chance of having a young, hip boss, on top of the trend.” Very true. That’s obviously why most advertising isn’t very good.

iGen’s getting printed in the April edition of the mag – there’s no stopping him now! On newsstands late March. Btw that’s a Zac plug not a mag plug. 😛

See you tomorrow at #socialmelb Zac? Hopefully it will piss it down, like it did this morning, so I can enjoy a ride in the rain. Huff.
